Bird Bird Cafe

Yes…you heard it! The Bird Bird Cafe at Frankel Avenue near Upper East Coast Road. A simple yet American-style fried chicken restaurant. This hidden Jem is definitely worth your time to drop by. I’m pretty amazed by how good and delicious their food is. And this is a dog-friendly cafe whereby your pooches are able to seat at their outdoor seatings. The staffs are very friendly and offered water in a dog bowl for my dog. Do check them out as soon as you can and you won’t be disappoint.

If you love laksa…

If you are a laksa lover like me, you definitely need to try the dry laksa at this Peranakan restaurant National Kitchen by Violet Oon located in National Gallery, Singapore. They do serve dry laksa during their Hi-tea but the portion is small. I would say the laksa flavoured is strong and delicious. And I'm now planning to go back try their lunch or dinner. Good place to dine in and the restaurant decor is classic and cosy. The ambience is good and service staff are friendly. It happens to be my Girlfriend's birthday and the service staff offered to prepare a surprise birthday cake for her. The staff even took pictures for us and printed it out as a gift for her to serve as a memory. For sure not a place to be missed!

Brewerkz

Head down to Clark Quay Riverside to check out what Brewerkz have on tap! If you are fickle-minded like me about what to order, you can try each and everyone of them. Choose any 4 at one price, isn’t it cool? Here are the 8 which I chosen. My favourite will be the White Rabbit.

Beirut Grill (Fine Middle Eastern Cuisine)

It’s my friend’s birthday and we decided to try something new. I always wanted to try Lebanese Food so I suggested we go to Beirut Grill. The restaurant also serve alcohols and a large variety of cocktails. Anyone who loves shisha may try out this place, seems like a good chill out place for shisha too. Although I have not try shisha before, I have feedbacks from smoker friends that they didn’t like the smell of it. Guess I wouldn’t try shisha either. The main course platters are tasty and overall delicious but also kind of salty. Probably not used to Lebanese food afterall. Food portions not very huge but filling. Those who haven’t try Middle Eastern Cuisine before should try it at Beirut Grill.
